    In a complementary light, Tracy Derstein, business partner,  emerges as an accomplished entrepreneur, sculpting her acumen since her early adulthood. Tracy's professional odyssey is punctuated by her adept management of multiple enterprises. Notably, she has led the helm of an Automotive Sales business for an impressive 16 years, demonstrating an innate flair for business strategies. Moreover, her prowess extends to the domain of new home construction, where her proficiency has thrived for 8 years, cementing her reputation as an expert. It's also noteworthy that Tracy's competence transcends business sectors; for 24 years, she has served as a licensed Realtor, consistently exceeding client expectations through her exceptional service.
