Kevin Willmeth brings a unique blend of healthcare leadership and business development expertise to his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CareRide Non-Emergency Transportation. With years of hands-on experience in senior care administration, Kevin understands the daily challenges healthcare facilities face—especially when it comes to ensuring reliable, compassionate transportation for their patients and residents.
Prior to joining CareRide, Kevin served as the Administrator of Granbury Rehab and Nursing, where he oversaw facility operations, strategic growth, staff development, and community partnerships. His leadership helped strengthen patient care, improve operational performance, and build trusted relationships throughout the Granbury healthcare community.
At CareRide, Kevin works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers to develop dependable transportation solutions that improve patient experiences and support continuity of care. His commitment to professionalism, communication, and exceptional service helps ensure every partnership reflects the high standards CareRide is known for.

With a strong background in real estate, business development, and client relations, Tracy has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and compassionate service throughout the community.
As Director of Operations, Tracy oversees the day-to-day coordination and growth of CareRide’s transportation services, ensuring every patient, family, and healthcare partner receives dependable, safe, and professional care. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, staff development, quality assurance, and building strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, and healthcare providers across the region.

With more than two decades of experience in operations management, logistics, team leadership, and emergency medical services, Richard brings a strong background in building efficient processes, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service. His hands-on leadership and attention to detail help ensure that every ride is handled with professionalism, compassion, and precision.
Richard is responsible for driver recruitment and training, scheduling and dispatch operations, fleet maintenance and safety compliance, as well as quality assurance across all transportation services. He works closely with healthcare partners to create dependable transportation solutions that support continuity of care and positive patient experiences.
